This is a full re-roof we recently completed on a period property in Warwickshire — every stage handled by our own team, from strip-out to the last ridge tile.
Old tiles and felt come off and we check every rafter and batten before deciding what needs replacing.
A breathable membrane goes down first, followed by treated battens set out to the correct tile gauge.
New tiles go on true to the original roofline, with valleys, hips and ridges dressed properly as we go.
Site cleared, gutters checked and a roof that’s ready for whatever the British weather throws at it.
